Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to digital products purchased from Spirit Letter. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Spirit Letter product, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

Spirit Letter products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Product descriptions identify the files included, file formats, dimensions, and any software requirements.

License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files as permitted below. Ownership and copyright in the original digital files remain with Spirit Letter or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing a file does not transfer its copyright or ownership to you.

Permitted Use

You may use purchased files for:

• Personal projects.
• Finished physical products you create for sale, including shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, stickers, and similar physical items.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, share, copy, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files.
• Include the files in another digital bundle, download, template, alphabet set, design-resource package, or other digital product.
• Sell or give away altered, traced, converted, extracted, recolored, or otherwise repackaged digital versions.
• Make the files available through file-sharing services, shared drives, groups, websites, marketplaces, or print-on-demand asset libraries.
• Claim the original files or artwork as your own.

The permitted commercial use applies only to finished physical products. It does not permit selling or distributing a digital product containing the purchased files in a form that allows the artwork or its components to be extracted, edited, or reused.

Personalized and Customized Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, numbers, spelling, colors, and other requested information. Spirit Letter will correct errors made by Spirit Letter at no additional charge. Changes to customer-provided information after work has begun may require an additional purchase or customization fee.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital files are made available after purchase, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its product description, or cannot be downloaded, please contact Spirit Letter so we can correct the file or provide a replacement. The complete Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms.

Colors and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that their software and equipment support the stated file formats. Colors may vary between screens, printers, inks, materials, and production methods. These normal variations do not qualify for a refund.

Intellectual Property

Spirit Letter names, artwork, product images, listing copy, logos, and original digital files may not be copied or used except as expressly permitted by the license above. School names, team names, mascots, colors, and other customer-requested content may belong to their respective owners. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permission required for content they ask Spirit Letter to include in a customized product.

Account and Order Use

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You may not use Spirit Letter products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purposes. Spirit Letter may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, misuse, infringement, or a violation of these terms is reasonably suspected.

Changes to These Terms

Spirit Letter may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed when an order is placed govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
