Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Spirit Letter products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital files are made available after purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review the product description, included file types, dimensions, software requirements, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its product description, or cannot be downloaded, please contact Spirit Letter. We will work with you to correct the file or provide a replacement.

For personalized or customized designs, customers are responsible for submitting accurate names, numbers, spelling, colors, and other requested information. Spirit Letter will correct errors made by us at no additional charge. Changes to customer-provided information after work has begun may require an additional purchase or customization fee.

Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, inks, materials, and production methods. These normal color variations do not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
