Digital Delivery Policy

Spirit Letter sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Ready-Made Digital Downloads

Ready-made products, including PNG alphabets, numbers, patterns, and other downloadable design files, are delivered electronically after payment is successfully processed. A download link will be provided through the order confirmation page, email, customer account, or the digital-delivery method stated on the product page.

Personalized and Customized Files

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order digital products are delivered electronically after the design is completed. Any estimated preparation or delivery time will be shown in the product description or otherwise communicated with the customer. These products are not instant downloads unless the product page specifically states otherwise.

Accessing Your Files

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for confirming that their software and equipment support the file formats listed in the product description. Some purchases may be provided as ZIP files and require software capable of opening ZIP files.

If you do not receive or cannot access your download:

• Check your spam, junk, promotions, and order-confirmation folders.
• Confirm that the email address entered with the order is correct.
• Sign in to the customer account associated with the purchase, when applicable.
• Contact Spirit Letter with your order number so we can help restore access or provide a replacement link.

Technical or Payment Delays

Delivery may be temporarily delayed while payment is processing, an order is undergoing a security review, a personalized file is being prepared, or a technical issue is being resolved. Spirit Letter will work to resolve valid delivery problems as promptly as reasonably possible.

Download Security

Download links and purchased digital files are for the purchaser's authorized use and may not be shared, posted, resold, transferred, or redistributed. Use of all files remains subject to the Spirit Letter Terms of Service and product license.

No Physical Shipping

Spirit Letter does not mail or ship physical products. References to delivery in this policy mean electronic delivery of digital files only.
